Information You Provide or Create in the App

We may process information that you enter or create in Fit3, including:

• profile details such as your name, age, sex, height, weight, body-fat data, goals, activity level, and workout preferences
• workout plans, workout history, completed sessions, exercise performance, rest timers, and training settings
• meal plans, nutrition targets, calories, macros, water logs, and related nutrition entries
• progress information such as body measurements, weight history, streaks, summaries, and achievements
• settings you choose for reminders, app behavior, and sync preferences

HealthKit and Apple Health Data

If you grant permission, Fit3 can read and write certain health and fitness data through Apple HealthKit. Depending on the permissions you allow, this may include:

• steps
• active calories
• workouts
• body weight and body-fat percentage
• dietary energy, protein, carbohydrates, fat, and water
• heart rate, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, VO2 max, sleep data, height, age, and biological sex

This HealthKit data is used to personalize the app experience, pre-fill onboarding, sync workouts and nutrition entries, and show your progress inside Fit3.

We do not use HealthKit data for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell HealthKit data to third parties.
